We receive confirmation of payment, card brand, last 4 digits, expiry month and year, and a payment token or intent ID. We do not store full card numbers or CVC on our servers.

For recurring subscriptions, Stripe securely stores payment tokens and manages renewals. You can update or cancel payment methods via your account portal where available.

6. WordPress, WooCommerce, Tutor LMS, subscriptions, and memberships

Asporea Digital Academy may use WordPress, WooCommerce, Tutor LMS, and related extensions or integrations to deliver online learning services.

Through these systems, we may store and process:

  • lesson progress and completion status

  • quiz attempts and results

  • certificates or completion records

  • membership or subscription status

Asporea Digital Academy provides online learning content, which may include self paced lessons, downloadable resources, quizzes, assessments, and completion certificates.

When you use the Academy, we may collect and use information needed to administer your participation, including your enrolment status, lesson progress, completion history, quiz attempts, and certificate eligibility.

The Academy does not include coaching calls, personal session recordings, or learner community features such as forums, private groups, or peer discussion areas unless we state otherwise in future for a specific course.

8. Quizzes, assessments, certificates, and learner analytics

To administer learning services, we may use your information to:

  • assess whether course requirements have been met
